Its measurement standards have been calibrated according to the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 and it operates using R600a, an ecological refrigerant that does not emit CO2. It has an alarm system that alerts the user to various anomalies that may compromise the stored material and it opens with a glass door that has a lock to seal the unit with a key.
