White training arm for venous puncture and injections for advanced users

This completely innovative training arm offers, in addition to all the venous access points for intravenous therapy and phlebotomy, areas for intramuscular and intracutaneous injection. The extensive vascular system with 8 branches allows students to practice venous puncture in all appropriate first and second class areas, including administration of infusions and introduction of permanent peripheral catheters. The venous system is easy to use, as all veins are fed artificial blood from a single external fluid bag. The back of the hand is equipped with injectable metacarpal and digital veins. Practice can be carried out on the basilic vein, the cephalic vein, the accessory cephalic vein, and the median vein of the forearm. Intramuscular injections can be made into the deltoid muscle. At the top of the arm there are areas prepared for intracutaneous injection. Intramuscular injection in the deltoid muscle is particularly realistic thanks to the soft skin and faithful to the original as well as the original bone reference points in this area. Intracutaneous injections with distilled water produce characteristic skin welts in the designated areas on the upper arm.

The realistic design of the training arm for venous puncture and injections for advanced students is truly astonishing. The soft and movable fingers were manufactured separately with a special attention to detail - even down to the fingerprints! The hand joint can be flexed, allowing students to practice some maneuvers. The veins move under the replaceable skin when palpated and a noticeable resistance must be overcome when puncturing a vein. During the manufacturing process, the skin was reproduced with a high degree of detail, making the appearance and feel of the arm seem natural. Venous valves are visible beneath the skin surface and can be palpated.

The artificial veins and skin can be completely replaced, so the training arm always looks perfect and functions correctly. Normal use allows for hundreds of injections before it is necessary to replace the veins and/or skin. Complete, easy-to-use replacement kits are available.
