Ultraviolet and Visible Range Spectrophotometer UV-3100

Model with automatic wavelength selection and automatic white.

APPLICATIONS

For use in clinical, pharmaceutical, biochemical laboratories, quantitative analysis, kinetics, spectral scanning, multiple components and DNA/protein analysis.

FEATURES

The UV 3100 spectrophotometers have been created to perform accurate tests; their stray light is only 0.05% T. They are flexible, simple, and maximize value. The value is evident from the performance provided day by day. The standalone local software provides the Basic Mode, Quantitative Test, Kinetics, and System Utilities functions.

The data is memorized in case of power failure.

The special application software provides complete control of the spectrophotometer from a computer, through the built-in USB port.

Spectral scanning models can be updated when connected to the PC via the special Windows®-based software.

Automatic spectral adjustment. Halogen and deuterium lamps can be individually turned on and off to extend their life. Its pre-aligned design allows the user to comfortably change the lamp.

Large sample compartment where 5-100 mm step cuvettes can be housed, with optional cuvette holder.

Measurements of absorbance, transmittance or concentration.

Establishes or uses stored calibration equations to measure solutions of unknown concentration.

Spectrum scanning of samples in any range with choice of scanning speed and spectral interval.

Measurement of the change in absorbance over time with reaction speed calculation function.

Measurement in multiple spectral ranges to analyze and determine the composition Calculation of DNA concentration and purity.

Note: The ratio can be measured in other spectral ranges.
