Turbocast 60cm x 45cm x 2.5mm multi-perforated leather.

Instructions for use:

Heat the splint on a heat source (85°C water bath, 90°C steam, heat plate or hot air).

If you use the water bath system, once the material becomes smooth and flexible, place it on a smoothed towel and remove the excess water.

Place the now flexible to touch sheet on top of the area to be treated.

You can use a tubular bandage to protect the skin if you wish.

Press the two edges together to secure them and make them adapt to the contour.

In a few minutes the sheet hardens and turns into a movable and suitable splint.

The two ends can now be opened, thus enabling the splint to be adapted to the patient.

Use hot air for the fixing of Velcro straps, welds and smoothing of edges or modifications.

To accelerate the cooling process, you can use cold water towels, air, etc.
