With five operating modes, the TN-20 offers a personalized experience, allowing users to select the mode that best fits their specific condition.

Operating modes:
- Mode A: Constant
- Mode B: Burst I. Generates two pulse trains per second, with 250 ms of activity and 250 ms of rest, at a frequency of 25Hz and a pulse width of 200 µs. Ideal for intermittent stimulation that prevents nerve accommodation.
- Mode C: Burst II. Similar to Burst I, but with the ability to adjust the frequency and pulse width, offering greater control over the intensity of treatment.
- Mode D: Modulation I. Modulates the pulse width from 100 µs to 250 µs every 6 seconds, with the option to adjust the frequency. This mode is effective for varying the stimulation and preventing the body from getting used to the treatment.
- Mode E: Modulation II. Modulates both the pulse width and frequency simultaneously. The frequency increases from 50Hz to 100Hz, while the pulse width decreases from 200 µs to 60 µs every 5 seconds. This mode offers complex and adaptive stimulation, ideal for treating persistent pain.

- Continuous treatment time: adjustable, as the device allows you to select the continuous treatment time between 15, 30, 45, 60 and 90 minutes, offering flexibility according to the desired duration for each session.
