Moldable Polyurethane foam and 3M Tegaderm cover. The superabsorbent polyurethane foam is capable of absorbing and retaining large amounts of liquid and provides a significantly higher level of exudate control. At the same time, through a vertical absorption system, it keeps the exudate away from the wound, without deforming.

The Tegaderm top sheet establishes a balance between the absorption and evaporation of exudate creating optimal conditions of humidity and temperature, while forming a barrier against external aggressions. It promotes healing in a moist environment, providing thermal insulation, cushioning, and wound protection.
