The i-gel is a disposable cannula that perfectly fits the perilaryngeal area. Made from materials that do not contain latex or PVC, it is easy to insert thanks to its non-inflatable pad, which molds perfectly to the user's anatomy and allows for precise management of the upper airways. It is especially indicated for stabilizing and maintaining the patient's respiratory ducts during anesthesia procedures and emergencies that require spontaneous ventilation or intermittent positive pressure ventilation (IPPV). It can also be used in resuscitation situations, as well as in fibroscope-guided intubations.
