Functions
- Basic mode: features absorbance and transmittance measurement at a certain wavelength.
- Quantitative mode: calculation of the concentration of different samples from the equation of a standard curve (C=k·A+b). Two methods:
- Coefficient: the value of the coefficients k and b of the equation are entered via the keyboard.
- Standard curve: allows to use up to 9 standard samples to establish the equation of the standard curve.
