Its format allows the weight to be distributed optimally and adapts perfectly to any part of the body.
Cold Therapy: Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours (4 hours for optimal use).
Heat Therapy: Heat in the microwave or in a pot with water for the time and temperature indicated in the instructions.
