How to use
- For cases of muscle hypotonia in the pelvic floor, it is recommended to perform massages with pulsatile or discontinuous vibrations
- For cases of hypertonia, it is preferable to opt for recurrent vibrations with the same frequency
- The usage time should not exceed 10 minutes to avoid muscle overload, fatigue or the onset of contractures
- It is recommended to use a water-based lubricant during the massage to ensure greater comfort
