Reanibex 500 EMS Defibrillator with rechargeable battery

The Reanibex 500 EMS defibrillator is a device that combines ECG monitoring capability with defibrillation. With a weight of just 2.9 kg and dimensions of 29.0 cm x 24.5 cm x 10 cm, it is easy and comfortable to transport, making it ideal for emergency situations.

The device can also be used for SpO2, EtCO2 and PANI parameter monitoring if the operating modules are purchased separately. Similarly, it can be used for pacemaker therapies if the required accessory is added. These 4 functionalities are not included with the original product, so purchasing them entails an additional cost.

Functionalities
- AED mode: Performs an ECG signal analysis and recommends defibrillation if necessary, providing visual and audible instructions as well as CPR assistance. It incorporates a metronome that sets the appropriate rhythm to follow during the massage.
- Manual mode: Allows the user to interpret the ECG rhythm and decide if defibrillation or cardioversion is necessary, select the appropriate energy level, charge the energy and perform the discharge through disposable patches.
- CPR Assistance with Feedback: The Push-Pad device makes it possible to perform a CPR maneuver without errors. It is placed on the patient's back to monitor and provide feedback on the quality of the cardiac massage.
- ECG Monitoring: Can acquire waveforms through monitoring electrodes and 3-lead patient cable, and multi-function defibrillation patches.
- Training mode: The Reanibex 500 EMS also includes a training kit that allows the same defibrillator to be converted into a training defibrillator. It incorporates a special rechargeable training battery plus a charger.
- Automatic Interpretation: Uses the University of Glasgow algorithm to diagnose common ECG abnormalities. This function is not included with the purchase of the item; it must be purchased separately.
- Pacemaker: Provides electrical impulses to the heart through multi-function disposable patches, both adult and pediatric. The pacemaker is not included in the purchase of this item; it must be purchased separately.
- SpO2 Monitoring: Measures blood oxygen saturation and pulse frequency. The SpO2 module is not included with the defibrillator, so it must be purchased separately as an additional supplement.
- PANI Monitoring: Measures non-invasive blood pressure. This module is not included with the defibrillator, so it must be purchased separately.
- EtCO2 Monitoring: Measures the amount of CO2ef in each breath, the amount present at the end of exhalation and the respiratory rate in the airways. The capnography module is not included with the defibrillator, so it must be purchased separately.

Data Transmission
- Bluetooth: Allows data transmission to mobile devices with the Android Reanibex Data Link application. Once the information is received on mobile devices, the user will be able to view the patient's data or send it to the cloud for later analysis. This function is not included with the original defibrillator; it must be purchased separately.
- GSM via 2G/3G/4G: Allows direct data transmission from the defibrillator monitor to the cloud. The user will be able to view, analyze and manage this data through the Reanibex Data Cloud web application. This function is not included with the defibrillator purchase, so it must be purchased separately.
