Laser therapy is a technique that uses light energy to induce biological effects at the level of deeper or shallower tissues. Depending on the exposure time, the energy flow, and the wavelength of the radiation, different types of actions can be carried out between the ray and the tissues. The Physiolaser 12.0 PRO device has a power emitted by its diodes that reaches 12W, penetrating the deepest layers of tissues, even reaching subcutaneous fat. This provides the desired therapeutic effect and offers the possibility of performing treatments on large areas more quickly and in a non-invasive, painless, and efficient way.

The standard wavelength at which it operates is 808nm, optimizing the interaction with the mitochondria and increasing the ATP and cytochrome-c oxidase, two chemical components of vital importance for the activation of the oxidative process of hemoglobin, thus promoting the tissue regeneration of muscles and tendons, among others.

The device includes by default 74 protocols to treat chondropathies, vertebral osteoarthritis, Achilles tendinopathy, subacromial conflict, chronic neck pain, epicondylitis or epitrochleitis, sprains or muscle injuries, and carpal tunnel syndrome. It also includes dermatological applications that allow for the treatment of warts, ulcers, and skin wounds.
