Description

The O2/CO2 cannula is designed to continuously monitor exhaled carbon dioxide (CO2) in non-intubated patients using a gas analyzer, while also allowing the administration of supplemental oxygen.

The CO2 cannulas connect the patient to the gas analyzer. During use, exhaled gases are drawn through a tube that goes from the cannula to the analyzer, where continuous CO2 measurement is performed. Its manufacture in soft material allows it to be comfortably placed over the ears.
