Mesoperfusion is a technique for administering homeopathics, lipolytics, and firming agents at low doses and high dilution, with few small pinches. It can be considered a variation of the mesotherapy technique, where the number of injections is minimal.

The product to be administered is diluted in a solution bottle, connected to a perfusion system similar to the one used in hospitals for administering intravenous serum. In this case, instead of the butterfly needle being inside the vein, it is placed subcutaneously to allow the perfusion of the "fat-burning" or anti-flaccidity product by gravity action and does not cause any discomfort to the patient.

With this technique, just like with body mesotherapy, it is possible to reshape the figure and treat areas affected by cellulite.
