MELAseal 100+ Heat Sealer

The design of the MELAseal 100+ provides an effective solution for the bagging process. This device combines performance and functionality, allowing for the sealing of transparent sterilization containers without pauses after just four minutes of preheating. The integrated electronics control the temperature and sealing time, emitting acoustic and visual signals to evaluate the quality of the seam.

The adjustable thermostat allows for the use of various sterilization containers. With a seam width of 10 mm, the MELAseal 100+ exceeds the minimum of 6 mm required by EN 868-5 standard, providing greater security.
