Compressive tubular bandage ideal for supporting muscles and joints before, during, and after any sports activity.

Usage instructions:
1. Measure the widest part where the bandage is going to be placed with the tension guide (if available) and select the appropriate bandage size according to the compression you want to exert.
2. Cut double the required length that is going to be bandaged. 
3. Place the bandage on the affected area and fold to form a double layer.
The top layer should end about 3 cm above the bottom layer of the bandage.
