Kinesiology Tape K-Tape® XXL, 50 mm x 22 m. Red color.
Description
The K-Tape® kinesiology tape is used in the field of physiotherapy and sports medicine to treat minor muscular and joint injuries. When applied to the skin, the epidermis slightly separates from the muscles, promoting blood flow and lymphatic drainage in the area. In this way, the symptoms of the injury, such as inflammation and pain, are relieved, which in turn promotes recovery. On the other hand, it is also capable of providing additional support to the muscles, so it can also be used in pediatric orthopedics to correct the posture of pediatric patients.
The K-Tape® features an elastic layer of cotton and Spandex and another of Physiobond®, an acrylic adhesive arranged in waves that is respectful to the skin and allows tissues to breathe during its use. This unique composition allows for safe, prolonged use, and it can remain adhered to the body for up to 7 days without losing effectiveness or damaging tissues.
