K-Tape® My Skin XXL is a high-end elastic tape designed to blend completely with similarly toned skin, making it ideal for dressings that need to go unnoticed. It is made up of two layers: a top layer of cotton and Spandex pigmented in deep dark brown and a layer of Physiobond®, an acrylic adhesive arranged in waves that firmly adheres to the skin and offers high breathability.

The K-Tape® My Skin XXL can be used in fields such as physiotherapy or sports medicine to treat and prevent minor muscle and joint injuries. When adhered to the skin, it generates traction on the dermis that slightly separates it from the muscle, promoting blood flow and lymphatic drainage in the area and reducing pain and inflammation. Similarly, it is capable of aligning muscles and correcting posture in pediatric patients, making it also very useful in orthopedics.
