Description
The K-Tape® kinesiology tape is a high-end therapeutic tool widely used in the field of physiotherapy and sports medicine. When applied to the skin, the epidermis slightly separates from the muscles, promoting localized blood flow and improving proprioception in order to relieve pain and reduce inflammation in the area. It is also able to provide additional support to the muscles, making it very useful for postpartum, postoperative, and post-traumatic rehabilitation, and for correcting the posture of pediatric patients.
The K-Tape® is made of cotton and Spandex woven with barely any knots, ensuring optimal use and greater durability as it does not fray. To adhere to the skin, it has a layer of Physiobond®, a highly biocompatible acrylic adhesive that, being arranged in waves, allows tissues to breathe during use, ensuring an optimal experience for the patient.
