Kidney 3B MICROanatomy
Description
This extremely detailed model visualizes with high magnification the morphological-functional components of the kidney.
The 6 areas of the model visualize the following fine tissue structures that serve for the production of urine:
- Kidney in longitudinal section
- Fragment of renal cortex and medulla
- Wedge-shaped fragment of one of the renal lobes, with a schematic representation of three nephrons with Henle's loops of different lengths and schematic representation of the vascular supply
- Schematic representation of a nephron with a reduced length Henle's loop and didactic-schematic representation of the vascular supply
- Schematic representation of an open renal corpuscle with nephron as well as cross sections through the proximal, intermediate and distal tubules of a renal tubule observed under a light microscope
- Didactic-schematic representation of an open renal corpuscle
It is supplied mounted on a stand.
Parts:
- Natural size
- Enlarged 8 times
- Schematic representation
- Enlarged 1000 times
Weights and Measures:
- 23.5 x 25.5 x 19 cm.
- 1.3 kg.
