All cycles are pre-configured at the factory and guarantee perfect and safe sterilization of the treated materials. There is no way for the operator to manipulate or alter the cycles, and this safeguards against the risks arising from human error.

• Pre-set temperatures

The temperatures set for our autoclave cycles are 134 ° C and 121 ° C. The 134 ° C cycles are typically used for the sterilization of solid and ferrous materials. 121 ° C cycles are typically used for the sterilization of thermoplastic and delicate materials.

• Water tank

Hydra EVO only has one water tank. This tank will be filled with distilled or demineralized water and serves as a container to collect the used water to be reused for new cycles.

• Door safety

Each door is equipped with 2 locks:

- A mechanical one that does not open when pressure is applied

- A dynamic one, which operates thanks to a special door gasket design

The sterilization chamber is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel and is heated by a band-shaped heating element that grants heat uniformity. It comes with four aluminum trays and one of the keys for its extraction.
