Description

The Hartmann-French tuning fork allows for the analysis of a patient's hearing ability and sensitivity in order to diagnose dysfunctions in the ear. It consists of two parallel metal bars equipped with mutes that must be struck against a hard surface. When doing so, these vibrate at a certain frequency, which is ideal for detecting abnormalities in the ear's functioning in a non-invasive way.
