10-needle Gold Standard counter with blade eliminator

Needle counter indicated for safely disposing of surgical instruments. It has a foam block to stick used needles in and a magnetic plate on which to place dissection blades. In addition, it has a mechanism to separate the blades from the scalpel handle and two adhesives on the outside to attach it to the workspace.
