This is an advancement over traditional devices, in which the patient had to hold the pole in their hand during treatment. This model works when both handles are in contact with the skin to be treated.

Desincrustation treatments can be carried out to soften and liquefy fat deposits, and also ionization treatments to enhance the penetration of a solution or cream into the skin.
