Fluid silicone. 1/2Kg container

Ortho 2000 is a fluid silicone, used for the creation of special podiatric orthotics. It is presented in a viscous, beige/grey fluid with a sticky touch. It is ideal for the creation of special orthotics, as it allows to be mixed in combination with tubular bandages, such as TUBINET, TUBESPUMA, GAUZES, etc.

In this way, it is possible to create extra thin and flexible, but resistant orthotics, by carrying the textile reinforcement inside.

Application:

1) Cut out a piece of tubular or gauze with the appropriate shape.

2) Pour the appropriate amount of silicone onto a siliconized paper sheet, or plastic plate.

3) Pour the catalyst in the appropriate amount (from 5 to 10%).

4) Knead well in combination with the added bandage.

5) Apply the kneaded silicone and bandage to the orthotic point and model. Cover the area with plastic.

6) Once removed and after 10 minutes, the orthotic can be trimmed and perfected.
