Disposable vacuum carpet for operating room, 140 x 68 cm

A single-use mat equipped with a suction tube to suction fluids emerged during surgery. Its design includes a wide collection surface combined with a PVC perimeter frame that prevents liquids from spilling. Its unlimited absorption capacity is ideal to prevent the operating room from getting flooded and to eliminate biological waste in a hygienic and safe way.

Materials
- 75 μm polyurethane film bag with 3D knitted polyethylene mesh
- White top layer of hydrophilic high-density polyethylene nonwoven fabric of 100 g/m2, with a 6 cm wide perimeter flap and 3 cm in the length of the mat
- Middle layer of polyester/viscose with a density of 55 g/m2 ± 5g
- Inner tube to the polyurethane bag welded by high frequency with white polypropylene connector
- 4 adhesives, two faces of asymmetric adhesion, strong to the bag and soft to the floor
- PVC perimeter frame to prevent the content from spilling
