Description

The Cottle speculum is a rhinological instrument designed to assist healthcare professionals during examination of the nasal cavity. It consists of an ergonomic handle with ridged edges and a conical tip that separates into two blades when pressure is applied to the bottom. To use it, simply place it in the nostril and separate its edges until the required opening is obtained to properly visualize the nasal passages.
