Description
Mask for cold and/or heat indicated for the skin of the face and underlying tissues in the treatment of pain and musculoskeletal discomfort. It consists of a wrap that covers the entire surface of the face except the eyes, nose and mouth. It is filled with a thermoretentive material (silicate-based gel) that can be heated and/or cooled depending on the desired effect. It has velcro straps to adapt to each person's anatomy and hold the mask correctly.
Indications:
- Cold Therapy: muscle pain and stiffness, itching, sports injuries, sprains, fever, bruises, swelling, minor cuts and burns, care after sun exposure, headache and migraine, nosebleeds, relief of fatigue and tired eyes.
- Heat Therapy: fatigue relief, headache and migraine, tired and swollen eyes, muscular aches and stiffness, stomach pain and cramps, itching and sports injuries.
Contraindications:
- Do not use with people allergic to the fabric of the product or who have damaged skin.
- Children should use it under the supervision of an adult.
- Do not use on sensitive areas.
- This product is for external use, it is not consumable.
- Do not use with people who suffer from circulatory dysfunction or who do not have mobility autonomy.
- Consult your doctor before using it if you have diabetes, circulation problems, heart diseases, rheumatoid arthritis or if you are pregnant.
Instructions for use:
- Cold Therapy: store the mask in the freezer with the included storage bag. It should be refrigerated for at least 2 hours before application.
- Heat Therapy: place the mask in the microwave without touching the sides. Make sure all additional microwave functions are deactivated. Heat the mask in 20-second intervals until it reaches the desired temperature. After removing it from the microwave, knead and flex the gel mask to distribute the heat evenly. If more heat is required, reheat it in 10-second increments until the desired temperature is reached.
