Capillary Scope 500 Dino Lite MEDL4N5
Description
Capillaroscopy is the examination of the capillaries (tiny blood vessels) of the skin surrounding the tip of the nails. The Dino-Lite CapillaryScope microscope can display the capillaries with great magnification, as well as capillary reduction, the formation of nodules in the capillaries and bleeding. With this information, doctors can diagnose the condition of the blood vessels in the rest of the body. Cuticle capillaroscopy can demonstrate, for example, scleroderma or dermatomyositis.
The Dino-Lite CapillaryScope has been specially designed for cuticle capillaroscopy. Images can be captured as still photos or videos. The resolution of 1.3 megapixels and resolutions of approximately 500x ensure the capture of sharp images. Digital images can be saved on any digital medium.
The CapillaryScope does not need batteries, as the microscope operates through the USB connection. The 8 integrated LED lights can be turned on or off as desired and this makes an external light source unnecessary.
The CapillaryScope 500 is a special version that is used to observe the microcirculation (microcapillary function) under the nails. It is extremely easy to capture and store highly detailed magnified images. The magnification rate is 500x.
