Comprilan is a compression bandage made from 100% cotton elastic fabric with great skin tolerance. Due to the type of weave, it has short extensibility, -of 90%-. It exerts great pressure when it is working as it provides support to the muscle pump; on the contrary, when it is at rest, the pressure decreases.
