Description

The Büchner funnel is used in the laboratory to filter substances and chemical solutions in a vacuum. Its design includes a body made of porcelain to withstand high temperatures, an enamel-based coating to resist chemical corrosion, and a porous plate on which filters can be placed for a more precise result with fewer impurities.
