The P103 Bleeding Control Training Leg is an advanced medical simulator designed to improve skills in managing bleeding in lower limbs. This device offers a realistic and practical learning experience, ideal for training in prehospital care, tactical combat casualty care (TCCC) and attention to civilian victims.
Features:
- Realistic simulation: Faithfully reproduces the anatomy of an adult male leg amputated at the knee, with high-quality SKINlike™ silicone skin.
- Includes three different types of injuries:
• Deep laceration (approx. 4 cm penetration) in the genital area.
• Gunshot wound (GSW) with entry and exit.
• Amputation at the knee.
- Advanced bleeding system. It has a manual pumping system that simulates arterial or venous pulsatile bleeding, with individual control for each wound. Bleeding visually stops when a tourniquet is correctly applied.
- Allows to create modular scenarios by hiding specific injuries.
This simulator allows the practice of various hemorrhage control procedures:
- Application of tourniquets.
- Use of hemostatic devices such as XSTAT®.
- Dressing of large wounds and stumps.
- Knee drop technique.
