Description

Scoliometer designed for the assessment of scoliosis (deviation of the spinal column in the lateral, left and right planes). It is capable of detecting the anomaly and its degree of severity. It also allows for comparison of reports over time and defining the evolution of the measured pathological process, thus reducing the need for frequent radiographic exams. The small sphere that oscillates within an air space indicates the degree of inclination of the spine with respect to the horizontal plane.
