Description

Adjustable expander designed with 4 elastic circles and 4 flexible handles, suitable for fitness workouts. If the circles are joined, it is possible to train with both hands and feet at the same time or two people at the same time. The fixation (located in the middle) can be disconnected to create two expanders of 2 circles each, allowing other forms of training.

Equipped with 4 flexible plastic handles, 4 elastic circles made of thermoplastic (TPE) and 1 plastic connection piece.
