It operates through ecological refrigerants, reducing its environmental impact, and has low electrical consumption compressors and fans. It has a real-time climate control system that can also be monitored remotely with a margin of error of 0.1°C. Similarly, it has optical and acoustic alarms that are activated when the temperature exceeds the desired limits.

It can maintain a uniform temperature around 2°C and 16°C and its calibration and measurement standards comply with ISO/IEC 17025.
